DELIVERY TIME
If the product is in stock, standard delivery is 48 to 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are delivered through transport agencies subcontracted by KUORA. Once the order leaves our facilities, we send you a departure notice email and then the agency will send you the information about the delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and depend on the order quantity, the shipping method chosen, or the delivery zone. Shipping costs are free for all orders over €120.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All our products are shipped in a sealed box and comply with shipping hygiene regulations.
DELIVERY METHOD
We do not have in-store delivery, but all our shipments are delivered to the address that the customer has configured in their user account, being able to change to a collection point, if the parcel agency that delivers the order allows it. To do this, you must contact them once they send you the tracking information for your order.
CANCELLATION

We carry out bacteriological analyses during the manufacturing processes to guarantee the safety and quality of our products, from the raw material to the final product, complying with regulatory regulations and the highest quality standards in the dermocosmetic industry (ISO 22716).
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We allow returns within 14 days of receipt of the order, provided that the products have not been opened and are returned in their original packaging. Once the product is opened, you will not be able to return it.

The refund will be made through the same method used for payment at the time of purchase, provided that the returned merchandise has been removed from your home and checked that the condition of the same is not damaged. The refund is made for the amount of the products but not for the initial shipping costs.
